P-dit’s return policy has a standard return policy of 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
For your return to be approved the following criteria must be met :
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was recieved.
- The product should have intact labels and protective stickers in its original packaging.
- The product must not be custom-made with personalization.
Please Note:
- The products cannot be exchanged at our retailers.
- That you as a customer pay the return cost.
P-dit guarantees our product quality with a well-packed design to ensure safety on arrival, and we inspect the product carefully before delivery. For all the accidents and damage from us, we will please respond to make customers the most satisfaction fully and according to our Terms and Conditions, all defects must be reported within 7 days to be able to claim them. We also kindly urge our dear customers once you get our products, please immediately check for any broken or damaged to avoid future arguments & refund concern
**Return shipping costs, including in cases of refused delivery, will be deducted from the refund
With P-Dit you have no less than 14 days from receiving your order to return unused items. That you as a customer pay the return cost.
Remember to always save your return receipt from the postal agent until you received a confirmation that your return has been processed

Please note that we will refund the paid price for the returned product. After we receive the product, we will process and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping is a flat rate:
- the Netherlands 7.95 euro
- Europe 19.50 euro
- United kingdom 35 euro
- The United States and Canada 45 euro
We do not provide free shipping at this moment.
We currently offer shipping only within the Netherlands, Europe, United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada at any address. We do not offer international shipping.
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or in your confirmation email and once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to the e-mail address linked to your purchase.
And for the order outside of the Netherlands might take a longer time.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order without a valid reason (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item), this will be treated as a return under the statutory cooling-off period in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
In such cases:
- The order will be automatically returned to the seller by the shipping carrier.
- Any return shipping costs charged to the seller by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The seller reserves the right to deduct these return shipping costs from the total refund amount.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller will process the refund, including the original purchase price and standard delivery costs (if applicable), minus any return shipping charges incurred.
This policy applies only where the refusal is not due to an error on the part of the seller (e.g. incorrect, damaged, or defective goods). In such cases, the seller will bear all return and refund costs.
