What is P-dit’s return policy?

P-dit’s return policy has a standard return policy of 14 days from the date of purchase, with items eligible for a full refund with a receipt. To avoid return item broken, please carefully put the item in the original shipping box and during the return process once the unexpected broken found might affect your refund.

P-dit guarantees our product quality with a well-packed design to ensure safety on arrival, and we inspect carefully the product before delivery. For all the accidents and damage from us, we will please to fully respond to make customers the most satisfaction and according to our Terms and Conditions, all defects must be reported within 7 days to be able to claim them. We also kindly urge our dear customers once you get our products, please immediately check any broken or damage to avoid future argument & refund concern. 

How do I return a P-dit order?

With P-Dit you have no less than 14 days to return unused items. And you can receive the purchase amount back via the payment method with which you paid
(return costs: € 7.50)

Where is my refund?

After we receive and process your return, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of the payment within 15 days.

How do I get the free shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate:

  • the Netherlands  7.50 euro
  • Europe 19.50 euro
  • United kingdom 31 euro
  • The United States and Canada 45 euro

Free Shipping:

  • The Netherlands on orders of 50 euro or more
  • Germany and Belgium on orders of 200 euro or more
  • United kingdom on orders of 300 euro or more

Can I ship my order internationally?

We currently offer shipping only within the Netherlands, Europe, United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada at any address. We do not offer international shipping.

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take my item to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or in your confirmation email and once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to the e-mail address linked to your purchase.

And for the order outside of the Netherlands might take a longer time.
